Welcome to Timeline Strategy (operated by FindYooour, LLC, “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

1) Who we are

We provide strategy content, newsletters, courses, workshops, memberships, templates, and consulting add-ons (collectively, “Services”). Some offers are paid (“Paid Services”).

3) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to purchase or create an account.

4) Accounts

Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

5) Pricing, billing & renewals

  • Prices are in USD and are subject to change prospectively.

  • You authorize us (and our processors) to charge your payment method for Paid Services.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access will continue through the end of the current paid period.

6) Refunds & cancellations

All sales of digital content are final once access is granted. Workshop seats are transferable but non-refundable.​

7) License & IP

You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use purchased materials for your internal business. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publish our content or brand assets without written permission. We own all rights in our content, software, trademarks, and site.

8) User content

If you post or submit content (e.g., comments, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it in connection with the Services. Don’t post anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

9) Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing paywalls, or disrupting the site. Don’t use the Services for anything illegal or to send spam.

10) Third-party tools

We may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., website hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery). Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

11) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific outcomes (revenue, funding, hiring, etc.). You’re responsible for how you implement ideas and frameworks.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service within the 12 months preceding the claim's occurrence.

13) Indemnity

You’ll indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on-site or via email.

15) Governing law; disputes

The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts govern these Terms and Conditions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boston, MA, unless your local law requires otherwise. You and we waive class actions to the extent permitted by law.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

1) Data we collect

  • You provide: name, email, company, role, billing details, support messages, and form inputs.

  • Automatically: IP address, device/OS/browser, pages viewed, referring/exit pages, time on page, approximate geolocation, cookies/identifiers.

  • Transactions: products purchased, invoices, last 4 of card (from processor), subscription status.

  • Marketing: your email preferences, opens/clicks (if enabled).

  • UGC: comments, testimonials, survey responses.

2) Why we use your data (lawful bases)

  • Provide Services & support (contract).

  • Payment processing & fraud prevention (contract/legitimate interests).

  • Improve site & products (legitimate interests).

  • Send newsletters & offers with your consent (or legitimate interests where allowed; you can opt out anytime).

  • Legal compliance (legal obligation).

4) How we share data

We don’t sell personal data. We share with:

  • Service providers/processors (hosting, payments, analytics, email, CRM, customer support, survey tools).

  • Legal/government, when required by law.

  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition) with appropriate safeguards.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for core functionality, analytics, personalization, and (optionally) advertising. You can control cookies in your browser and/or via our cookie banner preferences. Turning off certain cookies may limit functionality.

6) Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, to maintain records, and to fulfill legal/financial obligations. Then we delete or anonymize it.

7) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method is 100% secure. Report suspected incidents to Hello@AttilaForis.com.

8) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing, and to withdraw consent where applicable.

9) Marketing choices

  • Unsubscribe links are included in marketing emails.

11) Children

Our Services aren’t directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us to request its removal.
